What Squirrel collects

Nothing. Squirrel does not collect personal information, account information, saved content, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data.

We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize user data because we do not collect it.

Where your data lives

Your Nests, Acorns, saved links, notes, images, PDFs, audio, video, and documents stay on your device or in your personal iCloud account if you use iCloud sync.

Squirrel does not operate a backend service that stores your saved items, and we do not have access to the contents of your Squirrel library.

We cannot view, download, inspect, or recover the data stored in your iCloud account.
